I get to Drago's once in a while. Charbroiled oysters are all I ever order. They are great.

Looks great! I have been wanting to do some on the egg, was going to do them in the shell, but half shell looks better.

Me too - and the crusty french bread dipped in the shell between ersters is mightyfine

a cold beer and ersters is normally all we get but their eggplant and shrimp is good as well.

The hardest part of making them is shucking the ersters

Good gloves and putting the whole grid on/off works well

I mad these a couple of weeks ago after visiting Drago's back in September. They were awesome. Should have gone a little lighter on the parsley.
