Sunday nite Chops!

Made Trex style thick cut pork chops for the wife who has to work to night. She made some rice and greenbeans. Pretty simple dinner and quick. Steak is for my little drama queen!! LOL
Had been busy working on laying the slate in her screen porch/smoking parlor. Still plan to tile the floor in the EggMaHall when finished with hers but if it gets to cold it may be a spring project.

Thanks, wife said the chop was excellent.
As for the tile only dry layed to make sure it looks ok will probably start setting it later this week, my first attempt at this tile thing!! -

WOW, you did good on the floor and gooder on the chops :cheer:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
