I brought my Medium up to Ottawa as per my Son's request. Yesterday, he comes home with a nice 12lb brisket and says, "Dad, can you cook this on Monday?"
We have a couple of issues...First, it's a medium, we'll have to cut it down so it will fit. Second, we don't have time to cook it the way I'd do it at home.
So herein lies the question...What to do with it? Any suggestions on a quick cook recipe?
