More ribs this weekend (I hate to brag but I just keep gettin better all the time) wife told me this was even better than the last. 1 split rack done flat on grid indirect 5.25hr

My first ribs out of the Egg were as good as any I had made. By the 3rd time, they were better. Sometime in year 2, I made a slab that was far and away better than anything I had ever made. Have never quite equaled them, but keep trying. :P Saturday's effort was not too bad. Guess I'll have to try again real soon.
