when to put chicken quarters on with ribs

I'm cooking some ribs today and plan on taking about 5 hours to cook them. I've also got some chicken quarters I'd like to put on. The set up is plate setter legs up at about 325. How far into the ribs cook should I put the chicken in?

thanks in advance!

  • John,

That chicken would probably take about an hour, but do test the temperature before taking off the grill. It could go 90 minutes.
