That looks perfect! Did you do the veggies and the taters on the egg too? They also look great. Perfect plate and a beautiful setting.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I live in Toronto and just bought my egg this summer. Why are you nervous about the winter, it certainly will get cold here? What could happen? My egg is my pride and joy. On another note I was so nervous about doing my thanksgiving turkey in the egg and it turned out awesome. I think I will try out the steak method for sure.
