How many cups of wood chips?

For 3 racks of baby back ribs


  • That's subjective, but I don't think I'd use any more chips for three racks than I would for one. The smoke will do it's work in the beginning anyway. Don't think different quantities. I use about a cup I guess, but most of the time, I use 2 or 3 fist size chunks. Keep cooking, you'll find what you like the best.
