Flap Steak Fajitas

Wifiepoo was in KC last weekend and brought home some flap steak from WFM:
Strickly seat of the pants prep:
Might be a good time to open up the XXX jar from Hoss
Short marinade
Sliced into 4 pieces and on to da mini
All 4 pieces grilled and then cutup and into a small CI pan
Got realy brave and added some morefrom the XXX jar! :ohmy:
Ready to assemble
Finished and ready for the 1st bite :unsure:
Well within my tolerable limits for burn! :ohmy:
Thanks Hoss, your peppers/Chiles made this taste exceptionally good!

hey there. We sometimes buy these for just steaks instead of fajitas. No need to marinate...just salt and pepper, and cook well done...really tender piece of meat. Our butcher also carries the wagu....at $19/lb. But side to side taste test...wasn't that much difference.
