Rick what is the cut of meat and temp please.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

its off the grill and in the dutch oven til 215 degrees...and still we wait

Mickey...the meat is two chuck eye roasts, and I am cooking at 250 dome, which turned out to be 215 at the grid. The recipe for this cook is on page two of the beef section. It is Clay's Pulled Beef.
