Best not to think about the calories, and just enjoy. I make cinnabons for Christmas brunch every year. A dozen huge cinnabons contain a pound of butter and a half pound of cream cheese...do the math on that. I'm always so overwhelmed at the amount of fat, that I don't even think about how much sugar is in it...but lots of that too. This is definitely a once-per-year thing.
