    22 hours, 42 minutes

I'd been thinking a little over 21 till I realized you will actually pull when you get to 205.

Good luck with it. Would love to see any pics you've taken of the cook!

After putting the meat in and watching for the egg to recover my egg got down to around 100 plus degrees so I decide to help this cook out a little and took off the daisy wheel and opened the bottom vent and took my wiggle rod and poked up from the bottom. Then I put a fan in the bottom until my egg come back to 250F dome then I put everything back. That took about 15 min. Now my egg has recovered and is puring right along.

You're going to need some serious help to eat all that pig when it's done. How about a mini fest at your house at 31 hours 12 minutes? I'll be there with an empty stomach. Uglydog
