There are neaux quick cajun dishes with the exception of blackened fish which I would classify as nuveaux cajun
Sauce picaunt - this is fish Veracruzano but very dimilar to a sauce picaunt

Trout menuire (really more of a creole dish)
Charbroiled oysters (italian creole fusion)
Duck and andoille gumbo
Chicken okra gumbo
Red beans and rice (New Orleans creole)
Turnip stew
Turkey, andoille, and oyster gumbo pizza
