Conecuh Sausage

I tried "Conecuh" at a friends house last weekend. Even though he cooked it on his George Foreman, it rocked! One of the best sausages I've had. Evidently they use sheep stuff for the casings. It is made in Southern Alabama, and has fairly recently become available almost nationwide. I will be picking some up soon to cook the right way!

*In searching, I found a thread of same subject from earlier this year that I posted to, but seemingly it failed to appear in "active thread first" view.
