I picked up some green Cuisinart CI cookware the other day. A 3qt and a 5qt.
Broke in the 5qt dish with a batch of curry.
Fried up the chicken first on the egg with a CI fry pan, mixed with curries and garlic. Added cumin, oregano, bay leaves, pepper and cayanne pepper to the carrots, potatos, hot peppers, pineapple, chick peas, lentle beans, and a couple of cans of cream of mushroom soup to the mixture you see above. Threw in some maple chunks for a bit of smokiness.
Can't wait to eat some when it's done! Preliminary taste tests so far are very positive.

Curry looks good. My wife made lamb curry yesterday using enameled CI dutch oven on induction cooktop. Induction is ideal for simmering curry.

Ours is a portable 110V unit, very handy for soups, stews, boiling and frying but not enough wattage for woking.

Love how you color matched with the egg!
