Oswego weather forecast?

I know I could Google the weather forecast, but I thought maybe the eggers close by might know which of their predictors have a better record of being accurate! So...what's the verdict? Bring waders again for floods, shorts for steaming weather, or pants and coats? Thanks!!!

Oh c'mon, Ron, you know Chicago. Ask me five minutes before the fest starts, and I can predict the weather for the first 5-10 minutes. After that, only God knows. The only weather man around here who can be trusted, is one who admits it's all a crap-shoot.

I tend to use intellicast.com, just because their radar loads faster than weather.com's, but intellicast seems to be especially confused today. They show that it's supposed to be partly cloudy...but then they list a 60% chance of precipitation. So who knows?
