I'm trying to take a recipe that works well in the skillet on the stove to the Egg. I use one notch past medium on the burner - it's a conduction top stove - I know stoves vary greatly, but does anyone have an idea what dome temperature in the Egg might replicate a medium to medium-high setting on the stove if I were to place the skillet in the Egg?

I realize an infrared thermometer would answer this question for me quickly, but I don't have one.

Thanks!

jason
