Made a rib roast using Naked Whiz method, came out perfect. My well traveled guests said it was the best they have ever had.

Great picture - I have made several prime ribs on the egg and I have to say, it is my absolute favorite and is far superior to oven cooked!

Looking good! Prime Rib is definitely on my list of things to attempt next.....when funds allow.

L, Since you say that after the 500 degree searing you cooked it for 1 hour and 35 minutes at 325 and still have it nicely rare to medium rare, I am guessing that you must have removed the roast until you got your BGE down to 325 degrees.
If so, what did you do with it during the interval? -
Nope, never opened the lid.
