Miso Shrimp

Made some great shrimp this weekend with a miso marinade and served them over a salad with a miso based dressing... Took the egg up to about 700 and did the shrimp about a minute on each side. The clementine sections went well with the dressing. I added the lotus root for contrast, looks neat, but didn't add any flavor or snap. Next time I make this, might opt for some fried strips of eggroll wrapper.[p][p]
