    i had mentioned that from what i remembered of your posts (and my own gut feeling from the results of my aging), i thought the roughly 20% loss came rather quickly (well, 21 days) and then sorta stayed flat line. your numbers confirm this i think.

    more proof that the longer you age, the more benefit you get from the enzymes while the potential for becoming overly dry is less an issue. nice info.

    i would almost consider paying you to do a side-by-side, so we can see the diff between commando and dry-bags. i wonder if the commando method loses more water more quickly (perhaps TOO quickly, if you wanted to go 45+ days). interesting
