Looks like his COUSIN!-
FYI-I used a Black plastic ladle to fill the jars.When I was finished and washing up the pan and utensils I noticed the part of the ladle that came into contact with the LaHossa was GREEN!!! :evil:

Hi, Hoss ~ that looks great! What's the process for jarring? I'm wanting to give away some BBQ sauce for Christmas presents. Do I cook it, put it in the jars, put the jars in boiling water for ten minutes and call it done?

:laugh: LC,I really don't know how it tastes.I'm scared to try it!!! I have NOT used the KA since but I did run the grinder through the dishwasher on potscrubber cycle 3 times! :laugh: When I finished grinding and handling the peppers I touched my gloved finger to my tounge and it was numb for about 5 minutes. :blink: That was BEFORE adding other ingredients and cooking and waterbathing!
