BGE's ran true & steady this past weekend. Even with a little rain (needed) and wind.

Special thanks to Dizzy Pig Ragin River - 1st Place Ribs. - Turned them in dry. Memphis style. Chris that is one fine rub.

2nd place in other catagories. (chicken, pork & brisket)

Smoked Signals BBQ was called to stage for Grand Champion!

A nice venue on grass with a river view. It was a smaller contest this year but it will be a KCBS event next year.
