It has been a year (dad)

Today dad has been gone a year it does not seem like it but we still miss him everyday. When I sit on the porch I think of him he would be out there to. I know he is in a better place but we still miss him and love him. Take Care and God Bless.

    I feel for you Patti. It has been 11 years since my dad left, and 10 years my mom left, this month. There isn't a day that goes by without thinking of them. As I was told, time does heal and it sure does. Always remember the good times you shared with your dad.

    My father has been gone for 25 years and I still think of him often and relive the memories when he was here. The pain deminishes somewhat but never completely goes away. You need to realize he is still with you and will always be looking over you...God Bless!

    My Mom died on the 29th, 11 years ago. just a couple months before my youngest daughter was born. Dad left in April of the previous year (same day as Linda McCartney).

    It's hard at first but over time you get more used to it. Then again, they never completely leave you.
