Eggselent shrimp!! Oh my I have had the egg for 4 years and tonight I try shrimp for the first time! A little greek seasoning and lemon butter and wow! If anyone else has better prep please advise.
This is for a wok or CI skillet
The proportions are your choice
Dust cleaned shrimp with flour
Saute chopped garlic and shallot in oil, don't burn it
Add shrimp and stir fry a minute or two until firm and pink
Squeeze lemon juice over it
Add a little dry sherry, careful of flare up
Finish with a pat of butter to silken
