Actually, I have no idea what I'm doing. Planning on adding dark rum and ice to the mixture. On one of the peach batches I added pina colada mix also.

John, we have 32 rooms so maybe about 60 plus a few local eggers stopping by but remember like last year almost everyone will be cooking. anything you need that will help you without having to pack it just let me know.

How much kim chi? I have a 2 cup and 10 cup rice cooker. What kind of rice you wish? Jasmine, sushi, basmati? How much basil you need? quart ziploc be enough?? will pick in garden. Pat may be able to get Ken the butcher to help on the meat??

Appreciate that, Pat! I've been looking, and looking, for a griddle that will fit on a 2 burner Coleman gas stove. No luck so far.......I'm gonna do some sourdough pancakes one morning and it would be a big help to be able to do these at least two at a time!!! Yeah, I know, it's not on the BGE, but, being practical is sometimes best!!

20" on the length and 11"-12" on the width would be ideal. It needs to have a flat surface.

Sure or we can ask the Green Turtle to do them exactly exactly how you want. The chef did ask if there was anything they could do to help. Let me know the specs or you could just call and talk to him yourself,, mention that your with the egghead group.
