Hello- I love grilling and have several including a few smokers. Been looking at The Egg and after poking around this site I have decided to do it. Great forum and not doubt I will be be asking for help and guidance from you so please be patient. Have a great day.

Welcome! The people on this forum are fantastic!! Many, many years of experience here. They are very helpful and patient. One thing they will say is if there are not photos then the cook did not happen. Enjoy your egg. I have had mine since May and love it.
