It was a dark and stormy night...

23e1a5a3.gif ... Well, okay... it was dark anyways. I started this cook last night around 9PM looking for a 10AM to noon finish. By sunrise everything was looking good.

I'm doing two butts for a couple of friends today. One is a chef who only cooks on a gasser, the other is a guy that cooks on a bullet, but has only had pulled pork in a restaurant.
