How about something new … try the Dos Equis “Most Interesting” Three Cheese and Chorizo Fondue, or a Gourmet Pizza with Prosciutto & Arugula for a different grilling experience! For all you traditionalists, you can’t top Stuffed Burgers cooked on the Big Green Egg! And be sure to catch up with the KCBS Great American BBQ Tour!
We definitely prefer the angus beef in a cut that will produce around 10% fat. This provides the best flavor we have found. We also like to grind the beef a bit rougher than usual as this provides a bit more texture too.
WOW....What a pleasant surprise to see your name back on the forum...Hope all is well with you and yours, and hopefully we will see you around here more often....From 2002 my friend...

We have lately been using a blend of short rib and either brisket or chuck, and we love the results.
