Okay, I am really excited about this year's EGGtoberfest to be held at the Atlanta Motor Speedway.
I bought my tickets on the first day and bought two campsites, without even knowing what the campsites are.
Does anyone know the size of the campsites on the infield?
Will this be a kid-friendly camping experience?
Will there be more cooks due to the size of the venue?
Will there be 3rd party vendors selling their EGGcessories (i.e. the Spider or Third Finger)?
What should be different compared to other EGGtoberfests?

Nope don't know the size of the campsites...
Kid friendly??? well yes but do know there may be alcohol involved
Not sure about more cooks but the layout will be different with pro teams, eggsperienced eggers & newbies in different locations.
3rd party vendors yes but not sure which ones
Differences form the past...more to see and do and more space to roam around...not as compact an area...and more of an Eggstock (ala Woodstock) feel to it...hopefully without the mud....
we will all have a blast I am sure. :P -
Thanks for the feedback, Kim.
Understood that alcohol will be there, but my son is used to that!!
I am just at a bit of a loss as to what to expect.

Greg all I know is I am eggspecting fun, fun & more fun. :silly:
Look forward to seeing you there.. -
Eggstock, now that does sound like serious fun. May have to boil two pots of GOOBER PEAS for that. Looking forward to a fun weekend myself and if I get tired I can just go home, the weekend home that is.
Poppasam -
Look forward to hanging out with you folks...and we love those goober peas...
-
Onion I, has been known to always have FUN. What is a goober pea? Goobers are peanuts.
-
Boiled Peanuts, The song Eating Goober Peas from Gone With The Wind era. What the Rebs ate to stay alive, really a Southern Dish but most all seem to like. I brought 10 ponds to Eggfest last year and they were gone in about 20 minutes. Plan to do 50 pounds for this event.

I will find you early then... :silly:
