An Egg Impression

Went out for pizza and beer with some friends this evening. They moved to the affluent area of our local community, and were invited over for a party by one of their new neighbors.

They showed up at the party-BYOB, and started to chat with all the new neighbors. The smell of smoke was in the air, and they had high hopes for some good food. As dinnertime approached, the host made an announcement; he had X on this grill and it had been injected and was on the grill for A hours, and Y was over here, it had been marinated and rubbed, and had been cooking for B hours. They had a lovely evening and on their stroll home each asked the other what they thought of the BBQ.

They didn't know what he had for hardware, but they were sure of one thing: they were now meat snobs, and its all Staci's fault! They don't know if its the Egg, or me, but the guy who took the time to make an announcement ain't got nothin' on the quiet certainty of Egged food at the wokonmedium humble abode.

I love the Egg and the community that came with it.
