Our brunch cook ended up being for dinner. But it's super yummy and since there are just two of us, we'll have the rest for brunch tomorrow.
Prepared and handing off to BobEgger:
And ready to eat:
My BobEgger didn't want to play around with a breakfast pizza so I went in a breakfast pie direction. Crust is crescent roll dough, filling is sausage, onion, swiss & cheddar cheeses, hashbrowns, eggs, half and half, red bell & a jalapeno pepper.
Cooked in a cast iron skillet.
Life in Central Texas is good for us this beautiful Sunday.

That pie looks great. I'm gonna try to duplicate your cook. One question, did you pre-cook the hash browns?
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Oh, yea, that's some good eats, to be sure.

Yes, I did partially cook the hash browns before combining them with the browned sausage and cheeses.
