Y'all should check out this site. www.southernplate.com if you haven't already. There are some awesome recipes and great stories and there is a chance she might even do a review of the EGG® pretty soon.

    Thanks, Bobby!! Some good lookin' food there. Might even try my hand at a pecan pie and I'm always interested in a new buttermilk biscuit recipe! Who knows what else I'll find there. I draw the line at Alabama white bbq sauce though. Or anything involving black-eyes, okra or grits!

    Just curious, do we have to start writing egg... Egg®? :whistle::)

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    And yet, folks in south Alabama never heard of it? That's what it says on the recipe page anyway. Maybe I'll try it next time I do a chicken. Looks simple enough. Never on pulled pork though! :lol:

    Besides, Decatur is near Athens and there's a place there that serves RC Cola and a Moon Pie for 2 bucks - how bad can it be?! Try askin' for that where I live!! :)

    Hi Michael,

    An egg is something you eat and cook with that chickens lay. An Egg is just the same thing just capitalized. An EGG® is a trademarked term for the Big Green Egg®.

    I love the ramps version yet limited time groth for those babies in the spring same with morels. Any type of mushrooms will work yet I prefer fresh morels. The sauce is great with steaks just change up with what you have available. Hoss
