We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Well I put my buts on for a low and slow for a 115 pm turm in at 9 pm and some guys just put theirs on at almost midnight and we all have 4 10 pound buts to cook


I feel like I jumped the gun but I know what works if the others went on around 11 pm that will be pushing it no?
