I bought a bag of RO (green bag steak house) and filled my egg for last nights cook. I did not add any smoking wood but about half way thru the cook ther was a very sweet and pleasant smoke smell coming from the egg. The food that was cooked had a very sweet and mellow tase. I don't know what type of wood it was but I sure would like to know. I have used this RO in the green bag for quite some time and never had this experience. Any one else ever had this happen or even better, any guess on what the wood might have been that gave this great sweet flavor. The bag said product of USA so I don't think it was any type of exotic wood, but who knows..
