So you're entertaining a small-medium size group of people this fall. You want to do most of the cooking on an egg. You don't want it to be so much work that you can't talk to your guests. You do want to please the maximum number of people.

What does your favorite fall menu look like, appetizers to dessert?

Bonus points if it is not too unhealthy.

ABT Dip, roasted tomatoes with flat bread, roasted vegis, baked potatoes and spatchcock turkey. when the turkey comes off a cobbler or pie can go on and serve warm with ice cream.

another thing that is really good is fish in parchment. a mixture of vegis and herbs and then even just a talapia fillet folded in parchment. cooks on the egg in just a few minutes. showy, healthy and easy clean up LOL

I did these in a workshop at the studio a few years ago and the students were not ready yet so I just put them on a warming plate for a few minutes. served with good bread and a tossed salad very good!
desert was a flan cake. that is a dark chocolate cake with a custard top. it is all baked together in one pan and is heavenly!
