Over 1400 now. 1407 to be exact - as of approximately 12:40 PM EST.

interesting. ...last year, they sold out 1500 slots in less than 48 hours....this year its taken 2 week and they still haven't hit that number....not sure what it means, but i find it interesting...

2. No rush to jump in as there is no fear of a sell out.

Last year, folks were aware that the clock was ticking. It was amazing that it sold out in 48 hours, but I think folks knew that it was going to be a matter of days...
Near unlimited capacity takes the heat off.
I, for one, registered within a few minutes of noon on day #1, however...

I agree with the fact that there is no hurry since the risk of a sellout is so much lower than in the past couple years. -
Darin I hope they have a ball. But for me the Plano gathering with only 10% or less of that sounds good.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I'm with you on Plano Mickey. It was a nice time last year.
I'm sure Atlanta will be a blast as well but I think most of the real fun times will be the after party and camping scene.

No room booked yet but I did check Yahoo travel and it's cheaper to book with them.
Only issue is no way to change or cancel.

I'm basing the count I post on the full attendee list on Eventbrite's website. I'm uncertain if this list includes those purchasing demos. Now that you mention it, I'm guessing those aren't being included. So, the headcount could be several hundred more.

OK, I am the newbie and must be missing something. 1,400 people and only 20 eggs (thats what the link above tells me). Or is EggtoberWest a different event? I have a large BGE and live in Italy and would like to get involved, I basically need all the help and advice I can get. Would be my first time and need some advice here. Andy
