    In the majority of States, interstate shipping of alcoholic beverages to consumers is illegal. It is not strictly inforced though. I have friends :whistle: who sometimes bend the rules and have wine shipped in, but NEVER in the summer months. Wine will literally cook in the bottle, in the back of trucks in summer heat...not good.

    * New York
    * Ohio
    * Oregon
    * South Carolina
    * Tennessee
    * Texas
    * Virginia
    * Washington
    * Wisconsin
    * Wyoming
    They speak about the shipping of hot wine. The ones that have received their shipment already said this winery shipped fast and thier's was cool when it came out of the box, and it was shipped to Florida.
