Looking for chicken wing recipe

I was surfing around yesterday and found a chicken wing recipe somewhere from someone on this site. Amidst the haze and fog in my head from last nights game, I forgot who had the recipe?
Here is what I remember, the wings were coated with a milk and egg wash, then dropped in a cornmeal/flour and spice concoction. They were cooked on the grill at 250 for 2 hours.
Does this sound familliar to anyone? I want to cook some wings for lunch.[p]Thanks

the dizzy wings are basically the same as chef rd's with the exception of using dizzy rubs instead of the original recipe. .. either way, they are excellent. ..the key is taking your time and doing em slow so that the breading sets up nice. . .i have had them at nature boy's numerous times and they are really good. ..

I guess I'm using Emeril's recipe now....his Essence. Anyway, the egg is hummin right along @ 250, the wings are coated and on the grill. Some lunch, i'll be 4pm by the time they are done.
