The cookies:
Since the BGE was still hot, decided to make supper also (Spaghetti Sauce)

1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
[ol]
[li]Sift together flour and salt. Set aside.
[li]In electric mixer, cream the butter until light and fluffy. On low speed, gradually add brown and white sugars. Increase speed until well combined.
[li]In a cup or small bowl, dissolve the baking soda in warm water and pour into mixture. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until blended. Add Chocolate chip and then the flour - mix well.

Looks outstanding and you couldn't have picked a better pair of photos for completing your "photo test" skills.
Hopefully there was something to go with the spaghetti sauce? -
Where is the pasta from scratch?
Looks real good....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
