Shrimp, shrimp, and more shrimp

Daughter and son in law visiting this week. They picked menu tonite: Bacon wrapped grilled shrimp, Buttery lemon grilled shrimp, and Chipotle shrimp and pineapple. Zucchini and sun dried tomato risotto on the side. They mixed up the sauces, prepared the shrimp, and made the risotto. I handled the egg end of things.
Here they are pre-cook and plated:

Very tasty. The bacon wrapped ones were butterflied, stuffed with a jalepeno strip and Monterrey Jack before the wrap. The Chipotle ones had the canned chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce as well as BBQ sauce (Elder Ward's red sauce left over from Sunday). The Buttery Lemon ones had lemon juice, butter, chili powder, and ginger for sauce and were kabobed with onions and bell peppers. Everyone had a favorite. Mine were the bacon wrapped.

Forrest you everthought of being a shrimpin boat capn...? I coukd eat shrimp all day everyday and your look mighty tasty!!

Zucchini and Sun Dried Tomato. First time making it (actually my daughter and son in law made it). Lots o' stirrin'. Mighty tasty.

Amazing, but the cheese stayed put. Didn't melt out onto the grid. One jalepeno snuck out somehow and I picked it off the grill thinking it was a piece of bell pepper from the kabobs. Pretty hot! But when I was eating the finished shrimp, the hotness was all but gone. Strange.
