What BGE teams will be competing this weekend at the Dillard BBQ comp? Ginny & I hope to see some of our old friends and meet some new ones this weekend...we aren't competing, just looking & learning...good luck to all.. :P

    It is in the middle of the town of Dillard just behind the Dillard House. There will be signs and a shuttle bus to take you to the event. Believe me you can't miss it. Send me an email at:

    Things are going fairly well. She had a blast in Cancun with her crowd, She would have made Dillard if I'd had to hold her up.

    J&J Southern Smokers had an awesome brisket!!!!! They weren't happy with it, but it was GREAT!!!!!!

    We also met an Egghead named Bobby, I think his sign said Pig Ticklers BBQ? Very nice guy and he had some pretty chicken and fallin' off the bone ribs!
