    They are the most annoying folks on Food Network! There food is always sloppy and doesn't look appealing. Not to mention their "lust" for each other on the air...

    Could it be that they're just giving out bad information on purpose so folks don't see how truly easy it is to make, say, pulled pork?

    Can't stand the show or their recipes. I watched it a couple times when it first started and no more.

    I don't think they have ever made real barbecue. Pat is probably nothing more than a face and a name at his restaurant. Someone probably looked up the doneness internal temp for pork, wrote the recipe, and the Neely's signed off on it.

    Yikes. It's bad enough to own a BBQ joint and not understand even the fundamentals of BBQ, but to put that kind of ignorance on TV as an authority on it? Shame on you, FN...

    We seem to either have food network or hgtv on as background most weekends. So when driving through Memphis 3 years or so ago, we stopped in for an early dinner. We got the combo plate. It was not good.
