but now you can't get 50 different answers to your question and people fighting about who is right...you just spoiled all of the fun....
    -
The what feature?
-
I can't believe you did that!
What, in this current entitlement society, I just can't believe you would actually do the work on your own without just taking the easy way out and expecting someone to spoon feed you. How dare you!   -
The forum search is tricky and can yield mis-leading results. Some newbie could read your post and get the wrong idea about how things work around here. I'm shocked that someone with only 1600 posts would have the gall to give such advice. Someone could get hurt. :P :woohoo:

Clark...
Technically...he's not allowed to do his own "spoonfeeding", as that is now a Union Job!!

what a novel idea! hopefully it's contagious! -
but the info back then is all outdated, the good ole days we cooked butt at 200 to 220, lamb legs and pork hams couldnt be made into a pull, stike could light an egg with a firestart cube and look now, he can do it with a napkin :laugh:fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

250° dammit - NOT 200!!! Platesetter, legs up, with drip pan. No brining, rub only. Should take 1 1/2-2 hrs per pound. Oh, and NO MUSTARD.
And as for melted gaskets...............
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Just curious Phil was it a gasket or is my meat safe question?

The search feature doesn't work for us NOOBs. I think you have to have so many eggfests under your belt before it shows up.

You clicked 'Forums/Search Forum' right?
-
Always look forward to your good advice :~)

hogwash, what are we going to talk about if people start searching? seems to defeat the purpose of a forum.
