Ok ... I'll start by apologizing ... we've decided to update/change our handle. Reason being we are starting a food blog that is mostly egging and barbecuing, but includes some other stuff as well. It's just taking off but with the assistance of a sister and brother in law who do web design it'll be getting a face lift and new look very soon.
Decided the forum handle should match the food blog name ... therefore we have change ... change is good right??
MattesonCreations is now Pepper Monkey BBQ.
