anyone have the recipe?

i used to have it but it is a computer with a virus that i never retrieved :(

but i have some fresh zucc's and want to make this today so if richard or kim read this how about some help ;)

    Hey Newbie (LOL) try the search forum...this is from Desert Filly herself

    You asked for zucchini bread..here goes...it is the best.
    3 eggs
    2 cup sugar
    1 cup oil
    2 cup flour
    2 cup grated zucchini
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    3 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup chopped nuts ( I use pecans)
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp instant coffee

    Beat eggs, sugar,and oil. Stir in flour mixed with salt, soda, cinnamon and coffee. Add zucchini , nuts and vanilla. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour.

    I've not made this on the egg....but it's gonna happen this weekend.
