Sorry, I mean a pair of Strip Steaks. (Made you look! You thought I was Bordello didn't you?)
One Steak with Montreal Rub and the other with Triple C Awesome Steak Rub Coffee, Cocoa and Cinnamon.
Under the heat lamp all rubbed up
Onions and potato on with the steak working on a reverse sear
Finished product sitting proud on hometown plate
Ready to eat with the rest of my family wondering what is wrong with me
The Triple C rub was a nice change, and I would definitely use it again. And since there were no strippers shown on this thread, does that make it a striptease?

Agreed :woohoo: I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but a beautifully done piece of meat wasn't it! Apparently, its' Filthy Friday in my mind...
