Our daughter Trisha (StrawberryEggerBomb) is coming home for a visit tonight. She asked for me to cook her favorite dish...Chicken Broccoli Noodle Casserole. It is an all in one dish. Since it is so hot I decided to Egg it. I cooked the casserole indirect at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Here are some pics:

That sounds great (looks good too). Will have to try this next time we have roasted chicken leftovers. Always looking for new ways to use them and this sounds like something my other half would eat.
