Simple, but oh so good. Chicken legs with dry rub and secret spices... cooked over Maple Leaf Lump and Kiawe wood from Hawaii at 350º indirect for 90 minutes till juicy and delicious. Homemade potato salad and sweet corn "off the cob". Yummy...!
