Simple, but oh so good. Chicken legs with dry rub and secret spices... cooked over Maple Leaf Lump and Kiawe wood from Hawaii at 350º indirect for 90 minutes till juicy and delicious. Homemade potato salad and sweet corn "off the cob". Yummy...!

    They're very easy to do and take about an hour and a half total cook time...!
    I could have stolen KFC's spice.... don't know? I've never seen their recipe... lol..

    I love wings... but legs have so much more meat on them and there's a built in handle.... it's a "no brainer" to me!

    Glad everyone enjoyed the pic... now go and do your own, let me know how they turn out!
