First Attempt at Pizza

I had to get past my first pizza attempt on the new XL egg. I won't say everything went smoothly, but once I had the dough under control and the egg warmed up the rest went very quick. The forst pie was cooked at 600 for about 10 min, the second at 550 for about the same amount of time but with the crust about half the thickness of the first. Both turned out pretty darn good, though the second was "browner".

Since it's my wife's egg I made her do the second one, and of course it turned out much better!

Now I have good reason to have her make all the pizza from now on!
