<p />Rubbed Olive Oil under the skin on that baby, sprinkled dizzy dust one side , smokin in the dark on the other. Cooked direct on raised grid at a pretty constant 350 degrees for an hour. Smoked with small amount of Apple chips. Turned out pretty well...
